Why did we form SGDCC?
The Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce Foundation was established to represent the business community in the digital era of the fourth Industrial Revolution.

Mr Roger Wong
Roger who is also currently COO of Fire Phoenix International , takes immense pride in his ongoing role as a social activist while also staying involved in the business community. He started his career in the public relations field after graduating from Curtin University with a degree in Mass Communications. Since then, he has built a reputation in Asia as not only an entrepreneur but also as a humanitarian and was awarded “Ten Outstanding Young People” for voluntary leadership in 2012.
As a man dedicated to empowering Asian communities, he has held leadership and advisory roles in JCI Singapore and was the President of the Asia Pacific CSR Council in 2010. Roger still spends most of his time training and coaching JCI members from Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, the Philippines and Japan. To spread the social values he represents, Roger founded the JCI Asia Pacific CSR Seminar in 2008 and the Asian Academy in 2011. Both programs are still present until today and have influenced youthful members to be more active citizens.
Furthermore, as a businessman, Roger has co-founded many start-ups and has worked with a plethora of companies in various fields. His vocation for CSR is continuously present as Roger uses his expertise to connect with companies and individuals locally and internationally to promote proper corporate values.
Currently, he is focused on bringing digital economies with altruistic motivations to help advocate for driving technological efficiency. As the president of the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce as well as COO of Fire Phoenix International, Roger strives to support the digital revolution.
Mr Evan Yah
Evan is a Vice President in the Transaction Banking Department at Bank of China. He provides cash management solutions to large Chinese corporates, MNCs and listed companies for their local and cross border financial transaction needs. He also has extensive experience dealing with clients in the fund management and Non-Profit Organization (NPO) industry.
Evan is no stranger to community work and has begun volunteering since 2012 with Junior Chamber International (JCI). In 2016, he took on the role of National Secretary General of JCI Singapore where he was in-charge of the overall functioning of the organization and maintaining efficient communication between 4 local reporting chapters with over 100 members. In 2017, he was the National Honorary Treasurer of JCI Singapore where he managed the finances and ensured the transparency and solvency of the non-profit organization. He was also the Organising Chairman of JCI Asian Academy (AA) 2017, a leadership camp established to provide a platform for young leaders in ASEAN to learn, share and develop leadership skills.
In 2018, he helmed the role of President in JCI City chapter. Under his leadership, JCI City organized projects such as the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Award and TCM Charity Banquet that raised over $385,000 for Sian Chay Medical Institution.
Mr Anthony Koh
A leading expert with over a decade of experiences in the payments industry, Anthony who is currently CEO, MC Payment, co-founded MC Payment in 2005. Since launching MC Payment, the business has grown from a startup into a global operation, gaining trusts and recognitions from large merchants and top financial institutions.
Anthony has been a serial entrepreneur since the dot com era, having built a diversified portfolio under his belt. His business acumen combined with his inclination towards technological innovations saw him gaining successes in among one of the most complex payment landscapes in the world.
Mr Lin Hui Jie
Now CEO, ITF Corporation, Hui Jie became one of the youngest Executive Directors of a London Listed Company at the age of 26. Today Hui Jie has sat on the Board of 3 listed companies and has successfully founded and listed his Company onto the Australia Stock Exchange in 2015, achieving a market valuation over USD $230million on Opening Day.
Hui Jie obtained his EMBA via the EMBA Global-Asia Programme across 3 major financial cities of the world of Hong Kong, London and New York, with the course conducted by Columbia Business School, London Business School and the University of Hong Kong (ranked the top 3 EMBA programs globally by Financial Times). He also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (specializing in Management and Marketing) from Monash University (Australia) where he graduated with the Monash Golden Key Award.

Shy Tsong is a Partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. He was called to the Bar in 1994 and

Mr Mike Chiam
Mike CHIAM is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory team and the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency & Initial Coin Offerings (BCI) team at CNPLaw. His main areas of practice includes corporate advisory, M&A and general commercial law.
Mike has extensive experience advising technology start-ups and venture capital firms on fundraising, compliance and regulatory issues, company formation and commercial agreements. Mike also advises clients on legal issues and regulatory developments in relation to cryptocurrency, online and mobile payments, blockchain applications and ICOs (initial coin offerings).
Prior to becoming a commercial lawyer, Mike owned and built business ventures in coworking space and online finance in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Mr Glenn Lim

Ms Esther Wee
Esther is the President of the International Intellectual Property Council (IIPCC), Singapore chapter. IIPCC is a global non-profit organization committed to driving the growth of a knowledge-based IP economy.
Being an IP Counsel with Eversheds Harry Elias LLP, her expertise lies in devising and managing comprehensive IP filing and protection strategies: From advising pre-emptive measures in registering and securing IP rights, to initiating criminal and civil action against IP infringers through enforcement actions and/or litigation. She is also a registered patent, trademark and industrial design agent in Malaysia. Notably, apart from protection and enforcement strategies, Esther also assists clients in maximizing the return on their IP investment by advising on licensing or franchising agreements relating to corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic business activities. Her clients include multinational corporations, publicly listed companies and SMEs from a diverse range of industries including IT, communications, electrical and electronics, biotechnology, green technology, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and retail.
She is also an avid speaker and advocate in educating and raising awareness amongst the public and business owners on ways they can invest and market their IP assets. She has conducted many trainings/workshops on IP with different organizations including with the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) and Singapore’s DBS Bank Ltd’s SME Academy for SME Innovation.
Mr Chan Chee Seng
Mr Chan Chee Seng is the Executive Director of Sakae Fintech, a division of Singapore listed company, Sakae Holdings.
Being a Co Founder of Property Online in 1998, he is passionate with ecommerce and digitalization and has lectured in various institutions in Singapore and China. With his expertise and experience in Cryptocurrency and Forex Trading, he is also an Advisor for Singapore cryptocurrency exchange, Tokenize Exchange, and ForexTrainer.org.
He is an alumnus of the Nanyang Technological University, Nanjing University and Monash University.
Mr Joseph Kwok
Joseph is currently the CEO/GM of SooChow Securities CSSD (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a licensed fund manager in Singapore that is 75% owned by SooChow Securities and 25% by CSSD (China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co. Ltd). He is also a director of China Reform Overseas Management Co Ltd & China Reform Puissance Overseas Holdings Limited (both Cayman entities) and an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of 3 SGX main-board listed companies (ISR Capital, CWG International Ltd and Asia Fashion Holdings).
He has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and had previously held senior roles with global financial institutions like JP Morgan (Executive Director); UBS AG (Director, Advisory Consultant, North Asia); Standard Chartered Bank Singapore (Deputy GM, Wealth Management).
Joseph is Fellow of Singapore University of Social Science and an adjunct lecturer with Kaplan teaching finance and business related subjects. He also occasionally provides corporate trainings to bankers from several Chinese banks like ICBC, BOC, China Merchant Bank and Industrial Bank Of China.
In addition, he also volunteers in non-profit organizations and is currently President of Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS); President of University Of New South Wales Alumni Association Singapore and Vice President of Australian Alumni Singapore .
Joseph graduated with a Master Of Commerce degree (majoring in advance finance) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from University of New South Wales. He is a certified accountant with CPA Australia and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

After being a school leader and the Senior Curriculum Specialist at the Ministry of Education Singapore for Economics, Accounting and Business education, Dr Lillian Koh served 17 years in Nanyang Technological University on Singapore. In her academic role, she teaches and coordinated the post-graduate course modules for Economics, Business and Accounting Education.
Dr Koh is the CEO of Fintech Academy as well as Mentor for Temasek Launchpad. FTA spearheads talent development programmes ranging from financial literacy awareness to deep dive fintech engineering courses. FTA collaborates with educational institutions in Singapore as well as professional associations and bodies and supports the Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) for courses and events. Mr Richard Sia
Richard has a comprehensive background in financial analysis, treasury, investment and investor relations during his corporate career with Wing Tai Holdings Limited. He is an experienced department head who provides leadership and mentorship to his team to bring out their potential and achieve their career goals. As senior management of the company, he is responsible for sharing his financial knowledge and providing guidance to fellow colleagues.
In 2016, Richard left his corporate career to pursue a freelance career in Management Consulting with Omnibridge Capital Pte Ltd. As a consultant, he provides advisory, consulting and training services to start-ups and SMEs. Over the last two years, he has learned much about the essential qualities of successful entrepreneurs and the challenges they faced. During the course of his work, he has also conducted strategy workshops to inspire participants to “think outside the box” and adopt a growth mentality.
Richard has always believed in continuous education and personal development. He is confident that his personal and professional experience (in financial literacy, communication skills, leadership and entrepreneurship) will create a positive impact on his clients.
